- Reports to Owner
- Oversees smooth transition from sales and the completion of all jobs.
- Ensures profitability and Customer Satisfaction (Happy customer and under budget)
- Develops and Implements Standards and Procedures
- Problem Solving
- Project review meeting with the homeowner

- Sales and dispatching leads to sales team
- Scheduling subs and PM’s
- Gather job jackets and review
- Process insurance, WC, GL, and sub agreements
- Prospect new sub contractors
- Network with contractors, designers, realtors, etc.
- CRM management
- Goal setting with owner
- Track sales to each PM
- Report work flow and schedule
